IV. REVCO GRASS RULES (GAMEPLAY)

- All serves must be taken behind the back line
2. Gender Rules (Reverse Co-Ed)
Men:
- Must attack from behind the 10-foot line (cannot touch any part of the line)
- Cannot block at any time. A block occurs when a man contacts the ball above the height of the net to intercept a ball from the opposing team, preventing it from crossing over and directing it back onto the opponent's side.
- A man can contact the first ball above the net, but the ball must stay on his team’s side and that touch counts as one of the team’s 3 touches.
- If a man crosses the 10-foot line and contacts the ball last before it goes over the net:
- Must not jump
- A portion of the ball must be below the height of the net at contact
Women:
- May attack and block freely at the net
3. Ball Handling Rules

Setting Over the Net
- Player’s hips and shoulders must be square to where they are setting the ball
- Ball must travel perpendicular to the player’s body (forward or backward)
4. Net Play
- Blocks DO NOT count as a team touch
5. Interference & Dead Ball Rules
- Ball is dead immediately if:
- Ball or player enters another court with active play
- If a ball enters your court and affects or could affect play:
6. Disputes & Sportsmanship
- Unresolved disputes → Replay the point
