• 🏐 PLAYOFFS ARE HERE! 🏐 This weekend we’re playing for the championship! Here’s everything you need to know: 📋 BRACKET & SEEDING The bracket has been set based on seeding. If two teams had the same record, the tiebreaker was total sets won. 🗓️ SCHEDULE • 1:00pm – Net setup & warmups • 1:30pm – Playoffs begin • We play until a champion is crowned 🏆 FORMAT – Single Elimination, Best of 3 • Sets 1 & 2: First to 21 • Set 3 (if needed): First to 15 • No score cap – win by 2 applies to all sets • No time cap – we play until it’s done • Each team gets ONE 1-minute timeout per set – use them wisely! 📜 RULESET REMINDER We’ve added some details to the ruleset to help clear up any confusion. Please take a moment to review before game day so there’s no surprises! 👷 REFFING DUTIES • Top 4 seeds receive a bye and will be reffing the first round, so every team should still show up on time • After each round, the team that gets eliminated will ref the next round on the court they were just playing on • Each match needs: 1 up ref, 1 scorekeeper, and 2 line judges Please be ready and organized when it’s your crew’s turn to ref. 🍕 AFTER PARTY: Quincy Hall, Ballston (4001 Fairfax Dr, Arlington, VA 22203) 🍺 About 2 miles from the park.
